“How different women’s experiences would be today if provision was made to build a beautiful and cosy hotel in every community, where women could check in (for free) during their periods, or when they were pregnant or menopausal. You could go to this hotel knowing that the staff would unobtrusively pamper you and attend to your every need, whether you wanted to hide away in your room or join other women in communal spaces. As soon as you called to say you were on your way, the hotel would send someone (again for free) to your house and place of work to take over all of your work…. The fact that my fantasy hotels are unlikely ever to be built is a testimony of how far we have come from a culture which celebrates womanhood, fertility and intuitive ways of knowing in our move towards “rationality for all”. Perhaps there are things we could do in order to have this be a reality for our daughters and granddaughters.” Sara Wickham, Sacred Cycles.
This excerpt from Sara Wickhams book “Sacred Cycles” jumped out at me and i felt it so so deeply. I felt on a visceral level. I felt it in my soul. And I felt it in my cells. It hit me like the Goddess was offering us a challenge. WHY the heck can’t we create this?!
What Sara wrote was so accurate, and so sad because we don’t respect this time, and what we pass down to the next generations are cycles of shame and ignorance of our true power. But what if it doesn’t need to be like this? What if we could change it? One woman at a time? What if mothers and grandmothers modelled this to the younger generations, for whom it became a norm? What if we decided for one day a month we would reawaken the red tent, and honour our cycles the way women always did prior to patriarchal rule. What if we could really be part of the change we want to see in this world?
Let’s do it!
Let’s BE the change we wish to see!
Ok wild woman… are you ready to rise up? say that big HECK YES out-loud now!

It encourages an exchange of energy between sisters once a month to support and honour the needs of the yin menstrual phase, and acts as a generational handover for this ancient knowledge that is our birthrite.
The menstrual phase calls for rest and nourishment. Gentle self care is a priority. This phase was once honoured and revered for the gifts that it brought, not just for the individual women, but for her whole family and community. We cannot maintain the high energy hustle all month long. And we cannot pour from an empty cup. It is vital that we refill in order to continue with all that this busy modern world asks of us.
For the sake of our daughters and grandaughters (and sons and grandsons), we must unite and rise to reclaim this time. This movement invites us to be part of the change we wish to see.
This movement has been dreamed and created with the intention of women gathering and supporting one another as all women once did. A modern day red tent of sorts, and a collective, wild and organic version of the “Period Hotel” that Sara Wickham wrote about. While this movement is held within this sacred space, it is free to spread far and wide to all women who feel its call. I felt called to in-part priestess this particular movement as a way to form a loving and sacred community, and share what I know. But there is no requirement to ‘sign up’ or connect to me if you don’t want to. This is about reclaiming our cycles and the ancient wisdom of our ancestors. This wisdom is your birthrite, and the birthrite of ALL women. Partake in this movement in whatever capacity you feel called to.
Become an official Moon-Sister below, and you will be lovingly gifted a whole range of moon-time gifts!

“If all the female bodies on this planet became the recipients of the self-love, self-worship, unconditional acceptance, compassion and self-respect that they truly deserve – and the war against the natural feminine form was halted – we would experience an upsurge of divine love so enormously powerful.”
— Sophie Bashford

YES it is completely FREE with no strings attached!!
1. Once you have signed up…
You will receive an email with lots of juicy information and goodness including FREE downloadable ebooks, cycle charts, ritual guides, a period playlist and an official member badge.
2. Join the facebook Rewilding Sisterhood group where you will have an automatic tribe of sisters to lean into at any time. (LINK: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1564639973653177/)
3. Put the call out for a moon time energy exchange sister, either someone you already know, or through the facebook community. Don’t forget to initiate and include women of all ages; Maidens, Mothers, Magas/Wild Women and Crones/Wise Women all serve in this movement.
4. Arrange to equally exchange some time (1-3 hours) once a month to Nurture and nourish one another. Create your own “period hotel” arrangement with no money or strings attached.
NB: You do not have to commit to anything you don’t feel comfortable with, or to anything long term. This is about FLOW, never resistance. This movement is about trying to create more community, connection and self nourishment in this fast paced and disconnected world. Even if you don’t have a partner to exchange with, or that doesn’t resonate with you, you might prefer to contribute to the movement in another way. Such as ensuring time for yourself each month, offering something through your business to nurture another/other women, or just spreading the word about the importance of honouring our cycles and Mama Earth.
5. Spread the word to other women who could use a few hours each month while they bleed or rest, to reflect and dream and care of themselves in their yin phase just as we are meant to.

Disclaimer:
All responsibility and liability for any exchange arrangements remain between the two sisters who are exchanging. Katherine Eden is in no way responsible or liable for any grievance or wrong-doing within any arrangement made between members. This movement is based on honest, compassion, genuine need for time to rest and be nurtured.
Exchanges are strongly encouraged to be made of equal value and time, with some terms for each exchange arranged between those involved. While I believe strongly that money is also a form of exchange, and all services should be compensated appropriately, the Moon Time Energy Exchange is encouraged to purely be an exchange of nurturing energy of the same value for each woman, without an exchange of money (unless otherwise arranged and discussed prior, or unless for a one-off business related service). Additionally the exchanges should not focus on gifts or anything beyond of time/energy. They are a service that foster support, sisterhood, rest, and a reclamation of our inner work; our yin and flow. The exchange should be fair, and modest in order to be sustainable and focus inward.
It would be advised to also exchange with someone you know, or someone you have gotten to know well to develop a mutually trusting relationship.
If childminding is involved in this exchange, please ensure that the other person is trustworthy to be around children, and even has some experience/training in caring for children in some capacity. Use your discretion and your intuition to ensure that all exchanges feel safe and nourishing at at all times. You have the right at any time to terminate your exchange.
This exchange is non-medical in anyway. If there is a concern always refer to a medical or healthcare professional.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”16766″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space][button size=”large” target=”_self” hover_type=”default” text=”Apply” link=”http://katherineeden.com/contact/”][/qode_accordion_tab][/qode_accordion][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_raw_html]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[/vc_raw_html][vc_column_text]
