Charting is incredibly personal and unique to you! So no two cycle charts will look alike. It will also differ depending on where you are on your life journey and what sorts of things you are focusing on.

You also do not have to be menstruating or have a regular cycle to gain some massive insights about your cycle and your womb wisdom.

Step 1: Day one is the first day of full menstrual flow OR the New moon if you do not menstruate.

Choose an intention (what specifically are you focusing on in your charting?)
.
Find a time, ideally the same time each day.
.
Look to the moon: the phases of the moon can give you a lot of insight into how you might be feeling and how your body is aligning with your external cycles

Check in. Keep charting and checking over them to find any patterns that might arise. Most people are surprised by what they find over time.

Go slow. Be kind to yourself. One step at a time. If you’re new to this, start with the basics and work yourself up. This is about you learning more about yourself and disconnecting from our imprint to always look for external validation and assistance. This is about reclaiming your own ability to unlock the wisdom for yourself and realise your full potential. As such, there is no ‘wrong’ way to chart, only YOUR way.
Ideas for what to chart:
Menstrual cycle & symptoms/anomalies, Moods, Feelings (physically and emotional), cravings, Energy, Mucous/discharge, Sexual activity, Cervical position, General health, Dreams, Physical symptoms (pain/discomfort)

You want to chart for at least 3 months (but ideally a lifetime) to see what patterns occur and what events/changes have potentially impacted your cycle.
